Osteolytic Skull Lesions: Rare Finding in a Patient Presenting with Clinical Features of Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) With Unknown HIV Status

Bacillary angiomatosis (BA) is a rare but an infrequent opportunistic infection reported mostly in HIV-infected patients. The most common site of involvement the skin manifestation followed by solid organs like liver and bone. Although cutaneous manifestations are treatable, other can be fatal some cases. We report case isolated osteolytic lesion due to (BA). conclude that should suspected screened when bone identified immunocompromised patients HIV with or without as it deadly if treatment not given.
